About Andi
Andi is White Realty’s first certified residential appraiser and the first female Realtor® in the company’s history, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s legacy. She brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to her role, underpinned by her educational background in landscape architecture from the University of Kentucky, where she graduated in 2007. This unique combination of skills equips her with a keen eye for design challenges and the ability to think creatively about landscapes on a large scale—an asset that sets her apart from other brokers.
Andi’s dedication to the real estate profession extends beyond her role at White Realty. She serves as a board member of the Southeastern Indiana Board of Realtors and serves as the current President. Her commitment to community involvement is further demonstrated by her decade of service as a board member of the Franklin County Community Foundation, where she contributed to initiatives that enriched the local community.
On Wednesdays, Andi can be seen at the White's Farm and Auctioneers, helping to manage the flea market and auctions.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Andi cherishes time with her husband, Jonathan, and their two children, Aubrie and Rustan. Together, they share a love for outdoor adventures, including the thrill of morel mushroom hunting. Andi’s passion for design extends into her personal life as she enjoys exploring both interior and exterior design projects. A dedicated fan of the University of Kentucky Wildcats, she never misses an opportunity to cheer on her alma mater.
At home, Andi finds joy in the companionship of her beloved pets: Bella and Wednesday (affectionately known as "Wendy"), her loyal dogs, and Puff Catty, the family’s charismatic cat who they have affectionatly dubbed as their best "dog" ever. In quieter moments, she loves immersing herself in books, fueling her curiosity and drive for continual growth. Andi’s diverse interests and deep-rooted connections to her community make her not only a standout professional but also a vibrant and valued member of the Southeastern Indiana region.
