About Liz
I am a licensed Indiana real estate broker specializing in rural homes, equine properties, small farms, recreational land, and country estates throughout southeastern Indiana. As a lifelong resident of Franklin County and a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in geography, I combine local knowledge with a genuine passion for the land and the communities I serve.
Real estate gives me the opportunity to do what I love every day—meet new people, explore new places, and help clients find the property that's right for them. I enjoy working across southeastern Indiana because every community has its own unique character, and my love of geography has always inspired me to discover new places and connect people with them.
My family and I manage a small farm and homestead, so I understand firsthand the joys and responsibilities of rural living. I am a member of the Indiana Forage Council and an award-winning author of children's books that promote environmental stewardship and responsible livestock husbandry. Caring for the land has always been important to me, and I believe stewardship is one of our greatest responsibilities.
My greatest accomplishment is raising my son, Wade. He is the reason I am so passionate about preserving the country lifestyle and helping others experience the rewards of rural living. I truly believe we are stewards of the land—it doesn't belong to us; we're simply entrusted to care for it.
